Baltic Hotel - Surfside

The room was quite small but very comfortable. Towels and large king bed were spotlessly clean and the small kitchen area an added bonus. Although located in an urban area, a 2nd floor outside area had a couple of longers and a table and chairs which were useful. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and the Manager was a very chatty, cheerful lady who was happy to help in any ay she could to make guests feel welcome.

The hotel staff is amazingly kind, both Christina and her assistant made our day! They also kept an eye on our luggage on the day of flight after check out. The room was huge for the price and very clean (much much better than Miami beach hotel standards!!!). We had flat screen tv, iron, microwave, small fridge, wardrobe and great continental brekfast included. The hotel is located in norht beach and the bus stop is just across the street. The parking is free outside the hotel.

I received a call from the hotel the day before to tell me that they did not have the room I booked. They were able to accommodate me for one night. Hotel room was very noisy. They found another hotel for me, but I was not very pleased by the experience.

The lady manager was extremely helpful. Room was very clean. We had fridge,mirowave and TV.

Bar/breakfast room converted into bedroom so there is really no place to sit for breakfast or to socialise apart from the small entrance area with three armchairs.Breakfast menu is very basic, Parking space for only three cars (tight).

The owner was fantastic and she did everything to make our stay remarkable.

The apartment was spacious, but the mold and smoke made it unbearable.

The hotel was very clean, no frills, in a great (safe) location. Cristina, the proprietor, was warm, kind, and extremely helpful. Great value for the money.

It was very close to the home of the friend I was visiting. It was located on a major street, making public transportation easily accessible, and it was a short walk from the beach.

Very cozzy and warm reception (Christina). Quiet room, confortable, with a handy refrigerator and microwave.

Only three parking spaces. If occupied, the driver has to look around a place in the surrounding streets, a diffificult task at night.

It was a lovely place for vacation, had very lovely time. All the staff was really friendly and extraordinarily friendly, settled my issues. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was fresh to satisfy everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this good basic hotel because of the quiet ambience.

I enjoyed the spacious Beautiful King Studio that offered a lot of comfort . The personalized attention from Gigi, the manager.

There were occasional noise disturbances from nearby areas.

Lovely older style small hotel in a great location away from the mega high rises of Miami beach. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and only 20 kms from Miami International airport. Owned, run and looked after by a lovely Costa Rican lady who goes out of her way to make you feel at home! A refreshing change from the soul-less chain hotels!

Limited parking available at the hotel ...only 3 bays.

The Hotel is comfortable and in a good location, value for money.

The location is great, just a block from the beach. The room had essential amenities like air conditioning, a tv, and a comfortable sofa. The super nice team, especially the manager, who made sure I had everything I needed. I loved the cozy and clean atmosphere throughout my stay.
